Our take
I picked up this 10 lb plate pack to expand my adjustable dumbbell set. The four 2.5 lb plates are solid iron with a nice chrome finish that looks good and should hold up to sweat. The included star-lock collars are a plus—they secure the plates tightly with no wobble. The PVC rings protect the bar from scratches. My only nitpick is that the plates are 2.5 lbs each, so if you want heavier increments you'll need more packs. But for fine-tuning weight progression, this is a handy and affordable add-on. The collars alone are worth it.
