Our take
I've been using this 10 lb CAP Barbell hex dumbbell for home workouts. The coated head is a nice touch—less noise and floor damage than bare iron. The hex shape works well for renegade rows. The black handle grips okay, but I wish it were slightly thicker. At 10 lbs, it's good for warm-ups or high-rep sets, but it's a single dumbbell, so double up if you want to work both sides simultaneously.
