CAP Barbell's neoprene dumbbell is a decent single weight for light training. The neoprene feels comfortable and doesn't slip, and the grey color is neutral. At 10 lbs, it's useful for bicep curls, tricep extensions, or shoulder raises. The price is okay for a single, but it's nearly $17—you could buy a pair of cast iron dumbbells for less. The neoprene does attract dust, and it's not as durable as rubber or iron. If you're building a set and need a specific weight, it's fine.
